An armchair carved by hand — every leaf and every scroll worked into the wood, across the arms, the apron and the crest that gives the piece its name. A machine can cut a pattern. A person decides where the leaf turns.
The carving is finished in champagne silver, laid over the relief so the shadows stay and the depth still reads. Upholstered in grey velvet.
